Step 1: Returns must be made within 30 days of retrieving the item. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, or altered and item must have the original tags attached.

Step 2: To return your unwanted items, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. With that being said, you are responsible for returning shipping charges.

Step 3: Return your items to the address detailed on the shipping label.

Step 4: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to retrieve your returned goods. We will send you an email once you return has been processed at our warehouse. Lastly, refunds will take 2-3 days to reach your account.
