We do offer expedited shipping. Transit time is 1 business day. Expedited shipping is only offered in the United States and Canada. Check shipping tab for more information.

Yes, you can pay using Paypal without a Paypal Account. Simply check out as a guest by entering in your card information and shipping information.

Yes we do ship internationally and accept international forms of payment. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. BODD Boutique is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government. Check our shipping tab for more information on international shipping and transit times. 

You can check the status of your order by signing into My account and clicking on My Orders. Here you will be able to find the status of your order once it has been shipped.

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving the item. You will simply return to sender and once we have received your item back, we will refund your order including the shipping.

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of your order. Please follow the same procedures as a return.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item you should first notify us via email explaining that you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Then we will either offer a refund or an exchange for an item at the same price or more. Upon decision you can send product back to us and we will carry out further instruction.
